what is the exact version of MyBB you are using and from where you have downloaded inferno shoutbox plugin (give link)
^ you have to disable that plugin, remove its files and also remove
prototype.js file code from
headerinclude template
instead you can install

I will suggest, Please Go to Your Theme Templates in the Bottom of Your Page Click on "Ungrouped Templates" and in Your "Headerinclude Templates" Delete the Following Line, which codes are As following:
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js"></script>
That will solve Your "Shoutbox" Loading....! Problem (Atleast)!
