I had plugins that I took off but I forgot to click "uninstall" in the plugin controls and therefore plugin settings stayed in the list

How do I remove "meta tags" and "MyAdvertisement"?

two possibilities:
1/ re-install and uninstall the plugin
2/ execute by the hand the mysql queries

admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> modify settings (tab)
--> click on Options button (controls column) for the unwanted setting groups & delete

Damn ! I alway forget this way It's the simpliest one for everyone
