I am trying to upload a new logo to my web site: chicitybears.com However, every time I upload a new one, the old one is still there. There is only one logo.gif file when I DL it from my site's directory. Does anyone know what is going on?

replace this one http://www.chicitybears.com/images/logo.gif with your new one ?

It does not work. I did it before. Anyone know what could be going on?

Some possible solutions:

1. Clear cache
   
2. Make sure you have the right extension .png, .gif, .jpg
   
3. Look at your theme logo url in Edit Theme Properties page and make sure it's correct
   
4. Make sure you're viewing the theme you're editing
   

I would like to point out, If you're using Cloudflare it may take upto two hours for the changes to be made on their side, I've had an issue like this but usually image are instant.. In my case it was related with CSS.

It still does not work. What could it be? I have had this problem for years now.
