Hello

in 1.8.4 I went to
Edit User Group / Users and Permissions

and found this

/home/.../public_html/inc/languages/english/admin/profilecomments.lang.php does not exist

how to get it?

languages/english/ folder might be having that file. if it exists then you can copy it to admin sub-folder
