I have disable the stop forum spam options but still users are mailing me that they are not able to register on the forum. They are getting the message that " you are details are of a spammer" like message. How can I permanently disable this feature?
have you disabled the plugin ? if not, do it and check new registration
There is no such plugin installed. But the setting are there I think in the new mybb 1.8 system by default. How can I disable it permanently?

I am using mybb 1.8.4 and shall I send the admin access details to mmadhankumar mybb staff member? He is the active member at my forum.
it looks like registrations through mobile theme have problem as the theme is outdated.
you can revert member_register template of the mobile theme to original and check if it gets fixed
