Please anyone can help me? My system Email log give me this error

Unable to connect to the mail server with the given details. Reason: -876003821: Unable to find the socket transport "ssl" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP?

see search results - it would be better to contact your web host to get it fixed

If i troubling with ssl and other hand can i use PHP Mail and please can you give me detail about PHP mail.
