i already installed google seo 1.8

after installing Google SEO plugin you have to configure it and add its rewrite rules file (eg. .htaccess)
Google SEO plugin provides some instructions at its place on the plugins page in the admin panel.
you have to follow those instructions to utilize Google SEO plugin in the correct way.
