I created a backup in admin cp and that database is of no use with having errors. I just want to say that why the backup management is not so good that creates corrupted database backups?
And can some one tell me any solution to the error I got while uploading the database? 

can you post the exact errors given by your database manager while importing the backup ..

in general,
quality of database backup depends on maximum execution time allotted by your web host & size of database
if database is of huge size and allotted execution time is less then it results in a corrupt database
