I want to use more than one ccs on a theme and i want to show this on the main page.

You can do this with some javascript hacking. However no one here seems willing to assist you. It's not that complicated just find some javascript that does it and insert it into the headerinclude template...then make custom changes to the rest of the templates for the style change. Look at the Joomla code for how it works and tear it out.
