As you can see in the picture above, the User Pruning task runs whenever it pleases while it should run only once a day.
It goes like this: It runs whenever someone visits the site and the time is 02:XX AM.
Show your ACP -> Tools & Maintenance -> Task Manager -> User Pruning screen

Having an asterisk tells the task to run on every minute starting at 2am.
I don't think I ever touched that but thanks for the solution.
I'd definitely call it a bug seeing as it's not intended behaviour. The description says the task runs once every day.

All descriptions are wrong if an admin decides to change any task value(s). Those predefined times in task description strings are useless and should be just removed.
