Is there an option to delete statuses in this plugin? I've looked in Mod CP, profiles, and Admin CP but I can't find anything to delete statuses. Does anyone here have experience with this plugin and know a way of removing inappropriate statuses, please?

That is not possible without editing the plugin. Only users can edit their own statuses.
