In the past, I've had issues with the loading spinner of quick reply not dissappearing. In the past, it worked with default templates, so I suppose that was the problem.
With 1.8, default theme, no edited templates, no plugins, the spinner doesn't dissapear and the new reply doesn't appear until the user refreshes the page.
What could the cause be?
Edit: I solved the problem. For some reason, inc/functions.php was modified, and failed the validity check. I still don't know what modified it though.
