Is there a way to move the star ratings inside the thread? Seems like it's hard to rate the thread until you read it, by then people forget about it.

At the top near new reply button or maybe even in the first post.
Thread Rating should be already existing near the
New Reply button. anyway, see if

I have a follow-up question. I did see how to move the thread ratings to the showthread template and in the link there is mention of doing it per post but I didn't see the instructions to do it. The followup would be is there also a way to create a mycode to insert it into a post?
