I need a quote for a 1.8 theme based on my current theme. The new theme shall be a responsive design to match mobile & tablet display (current one is not).

just a note: making a theme responsive is much expensive than the conversion charges
may be its better to purchase a new responsive theme & use it

I'll update the post subject, you are correct it's not a theme conversion

Reminds me of a theme I designed for 1.6 years ago. Didn't notice the credits so I assume it is not. Just nostalgic.
