I want to confirm that is there is any text editor in 1point8 theme?

if there is any, Then i don't know why it isn't showing me!

exactly which version of MyBB you are using and can you give the link to 1point8 theme (from where you downloaded)

hmm., I find that you are using icyboards hosting (not sure if forum version is visible there)
