Detailed description of your problem: Captcha does not load

URL to specific problematic page: https://tubecenter.net/member.php?action=login
New installation or upgrade: Fresh install at 1.8.0 (currently 1.8.4)
Test user account: not required
Steps to reproduce: Enter wrong username and password a few times until captcha should appear

Please note that you can not reproduce the problem yourself right now as I have switched from NoCaptcha to ReCaptha to temporarily solve this problem.

It's a 1.8.4 NoCaptcha bug. You can apply this patch or wait untiil 1.8.5: https://github.com/mybb/mybb/pull/1878/files

I tried to apply the patch but either it doesn't work or I did something wrong. I will switch back to recaptcha until 1.8.5 is released.
