Where, what are the stops, where, what, link, is it downloads?
And if it is
Then is that all theres to it,,
and does this site give one support and updates on this forum template, when using another server? or hosting server?

or does this site give free hosting with advertising options etc, whats the deal? wheres all the user friendly site or web design info???

Read about MyBB in MyBB Wiki http://wiki.mybboard.com

It explains most about MyBB. If something there isn't clear ask it here. But you question now is to wide and not direct.

And yes here we support anything you need for MyBB.
If you need additional themes you can find them in http://mods.mybboard.com
