could not find in theme editor...how to change button colors from standart blue.. i mean the buttons "new reply" "new thread" "pm" "email" "reply" "report" and others

You can't change those colours from within the theme editor, you'll need to edit the image instead. To do this, you'll need a copy of the MyBB GDK, which can be downloaded from the following location.

Some basic instructions are included in the download.
