Is it possible to have a function called when an PHP error or notice came along on the site?

Cause I would like to make a function which sends me the error to my email.


I know how to do this, I only need a way to make a hook on the error/notice.

MyBB already has a mailing facility for the errors. doesn't it work / suffice ?

admin panel >> configuration (settings) >> Server and Optimization Options
-->> Use Error Handling <-- set to On
-->> Error Logging Medium <-- email errors or log and email errors
