I want to add a no follow on to one section of my forum is that possible? if yes any plugin or how can i do it?

He means rel="nofollow" for links.
And yes, you need a plugin. I don't recall any that allows limit per forums though so you're better off posting in Plugin Requests.

sure ill do that thanks for helping. I only want to restrict area that's being spammed alot, without causing issues to genuine visitors
