Is there a way for me to make it so that when people click on a certain sub forum and makes a new thread it doesn't show the text box but instead makes it so like its a fill out. An application if you will

In the Sub forums Staff applications, you are only allowed to use the template

In game nameable to type in here)

SexA selection box of picking Female and Male)

I suggest the Form Manager Plugin it's much better.
