I am wanting to ad the code for Google's adsense but I am not sure how/where to ad the code. what file(s) would I edit in order to add this?

remember, the ads can not be on every page, non-content pages such as the registration page can not have ads on.
I just add it to the header template file. But now its in my footer.

Why is that?
I believe it's one of the terms of the adsense contract.

that is against the TOS of google adsence, i would suggest changing it.

But how about if someone wants Kylie Minogue tickets? Thats what my ads show when someone clicks

The eaisest thing, is make a new template, link it in global.php, then on the main template (ones that have <html><head> etc) put the template call. That way, its easy to make sure you dont break the rules!
Edit: I remember mkaing a tutorial about this. I see if I can find it!
