Only with Chrome can I navigate.

With Firefox and Explorer, I can login at mysite.com/admin, but as soon as I click something it automatically logs me out.

Any ideas? They are both vanilla installs. Zero plugins. Cookies enabled. Have tried hard refresh etc...
