How to drop all threads and forums from the myphpadmin?
Doing that from phpMyAdmin is not recommended because the counters will be off. If you don't have many forums, you can remove them one by one in Forum Management -> Options.

Now that all forums and threads are gone how do I reset FIDs, TIDs and PIDs to 0 case I add a new one but it starts as if there were old ones!
Change the value of AUTOINCREMENT to 0 in phpMyAdmin's mybb_posts/mybb_threads/mybb_forums tables' options.
