Is there a way to show a sticky thread link with a list? I know sub forums do but I'd like to use important threads instead of subfolders so..

If you go to forum settings for your desired thread you can try modifying the Forum Rules feature to your objective.
U mean using Forum Rules ?
I tried it but that doesn't add a link on the index page underneath the forum title as I wanted.
Though Seems like a nice feature to display rules indeed.
Ohh. I didn't know you wanted to have it on the index page. Couldn't you utilize the forum description in that case?
