So OUGC Awards needs Plugin Library, but its outdated.
I still see leakforums.org with it working and I don't think they are using 1.6
Is there an alternative to this Award medal system or is there an update for Plugin Library.

You don't need to activate plugin libary, just upload it and it will work.
