Hello everyone, I tried to find a solution for hours but couldn't find anything exact.
How can I fully back up my forum, which files should I export/save?
Does your forum have cpanel?

You mean hosting? no, it doesn't use Cpanel.

And how will I import it? if something will happen.
Is that full backup?
If something happens you will need to re upload the files you download. Yes, that is a full back up of your MyBB directory

backup option from the ACP, backup the database only not the files...

to restore the database you will need access to phpmyadmin...
And for files have to save all files from my FTP root?
