Hey all,

Got a minor (I hope) problem here. I noticed the other day when I go into Tools and Maintenance > Logs > Statistics that the generated graphs are not showing:

When I try open an image in a new tab, I get a further error:

It's not a huge deal, but I would like to know what the problem is.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
That means that one of your .php files has BOM. You can check which by using the bomfix plugin: http://community.mybb.com/thread-141130-...pid1019988 Edit the file with an advanced text editor such as Notepad++ to change the encoding to UTF-8 without BOM.

Hey thanks so much for your reply. I dl'd, installed, then ran the plugin as advised. It gave me quite a big list. To be honest im not too sure what I am looking for... Mind giving me a hand?

^ you can search for Byte Order Mark - there are 8 occurrences.
you have to edit those files with an editor like notepad++ as already suggested

Edit: regarding languages on your forum

it appears that your forum was installed from the web host panel
& many language packs were added. that might cause some problems
and I suggest to remove all unnecessary language packs

language packs are located at ~/inc/languages folder

language pack consists of a php file with language name and a folder
with that language name (eg. deutch_eu.php file & deutch_eu folder)

unwanted language pack can be removed by deleting both the file
and the folder with the specific language name

most probably you just need English (American) or a couple of languages for your forum ..
You guys are legends, that solved the problem.

Thank you!
