Hi brothers
i set a group that registred users they can not create threads until they make 3 comments i mean posts
But users they don't know that rule is there a way to mention that for them automatically

When you create a category/forum you may add the description example, To be able to post in this section you need 3 POSTS.

Something like that or just a add a sticky thread with rules or something.

you can add a set of forum rules highlighting this.... see this forum for example....

ACP >> Forums & Posts >> Select a Forum >> Edit Forum >> "Additional Forum Options" section >> Forum Rules
however i dont think members would listen...  
so a better option would be to use promotion system and group permissions.... check this reply....
