I think I have found a bug in  MyBB 1.8.4. When you want to send a private message to more people, there is a limit on how many people can you send it to. However, this limit is only applied server-side and on in js there is hard limit of three users. I think that problem is in jscripts/select2/select2.min.js but I couldn't find original file.
