^ inline moderation issue is fixed by removing jQuery noconflict codes.
saving style sheets has worked for me. if this issue persists then better to seek support from the web host.
they have to remove your forum from the additional security (mod_security / Suhosin)
or this method can be tried

I just looked in the PHP Info like that doc says, but mod_security isn't listed. That and besides I don't get a 404 Forbidden code, or anything about permissions, just "Forbidden". I have also did the .htaccess thing, and that didn't help either :/
