I got a new host and now I dunno how to transfer my forum to the new host. I installed a fresh copy in the new host but I am unaware whether I can transfer the stuff or if I need to enter everything manually

Just copy over all your files, transfer your database (export & import) then change your inc/config.php appropriately.
