After the newest update I cant access the admin panel anymore!
and yes i ran the update.php stuff....

Follow the upgrade guide carefully: http://docs.mybb.com/1.8/install/upgrade/ You didn't upload all required files - ACP admin files are missing at least.

If you ever encounter an "unknown column" after upgrading, it means that the code you have uploaded doesn't align with the database. Therefore, if you ran the upgrade script, the database has been updated. This leaves only the files to blame.

The files and database work together. Errors like this mean that one of them is not the updated version.
