Yes it's correct, forum upgraded form 1.6 to 1.8
I sent you admin panel in pm
two plugins were giving serious errors.
so renamed their main files with OLD extension.
your site has limited resources from web host
your forum has
lot of plugins.
most of them are
old versions.
it would be better to use
less number of plugins.
esp. using
Google SEO plugin &
shoutbox /
chat system
will be a
killer for your forum on this web host
you have to
deactivate & uninstall each & every plugin
and
find new versions of the plugins to use for forum

Extend section.
