By the way, 404 is not forbidden. 403 is generally what is thrown for forbidden.

The 404 when trying to fetch an error document means that Apache is configured to serve something like "403.shtml" (for example) when a 403 is encountered, but when it tried to serve that, "404.shtml" or its relevant equivalent on the server you're on was missing (a 404).

Side Note:

If anybody receives 404 or 403 error its best to contact your host provider! Or check the error logs.
