1. Is it possible to integrate current chatting software, like slack, with MyBB forum?
    How can I realize that? Is there any instruction?

integration module should be available or you have to code it / hire a coder

see updated GoMobile for MyBB 1.8.x. there are different versions on GitHub.
however, it might be better to use a responsive theme (some of the responsive themes available at themes section)
