^ well, basically database details were incorrect in config.php file. so fixed them ..

What was wrong though?

I guess you don't know database credentials is:

Database name: [cPanelusername]_database
MySQL username: [cPanelusername]_username

That's why in my screenshot, you saw plztellm_

I might be wrong, perhaps you aren't using cPanel or that wasn't your mistake...
