Hello, I've searched the web on adding links to the lower panel where UserCP, ModCP and AdminCP are located, but with little luck. I only seem to be able to find tutorials on adding links to the panel where Calender, Help, etc. are located.

I'd really appreciate some help as to how to add links in the same way that UserCP and the others are presented on the lower panel, and if you are unsure as to which panel I'm on about, it's this one:

try searching about adding drop down menu if that is what you want

header_welcomeblock_member template of the theme contains those links with <li> tags
you can modify them as required. however note that those links will be visible to logged in members only
