everytime i attempt to use inline moderation to do any action, the number does not actually increase, eg, when i tick a post, the inline moderation stays on 0

this means when i attempt to do an action it says ''Sorry, but you did not select any posts to perform inline moderation on, or your previous moderation session has expired (Automatically after 1 hour of inactivity). Please select some posts and try again.''

I've found the best way to solve a problem like this, is to remove line by line and pinpoint the line where the conflict is.

Use the Diff Report to find the differences between your template and the original template. You could otherwise revert the template and you would be sure that template is correct. You may have to check other templates though, I think there are some on forumdisplay, showthread, and postbit.
