hallo,
before I download I would like to know if MyBB has the following standard features

Can on use sections for different languages?
Can one use settings that all threads and posts must be approved by moderator?
Can one allow urls to be used in posts?
Can one set robots text: ''index follow'' to allow Google to find URL's/links in the forum?

for the first requirement see replies at forum for two languages
other 3 requirements can be fulfilled with existing features / plugins

Multiple language packs exist for MyBB. Users will be able to choose which language they wish to use based on which languages you have installed.

Yes. This is under forum management and can be done on a per forum basis.

Should be able to. There is also a Google SEO Plugin that you may wish to check out. Changing the compatibility line on that plugin to 18* has been working fine for most people. You will need to use .htaccess if you wish to use that plugin. It includes documentation to assist you with that.
