every time someone enter my website ask me for ftp credentials how i remove that?
That sounds like a problem with your .htaccess file. Perhaps your forum directory has been password protected by accident?
Could you please provide your forum URL?
Make sure you don't have images in your ftp folder and that you have them in the public_html folder instead.

I don't think that your forum is eligible for support due to hacking content. Although I'm not sure if this includes game hacks.
and i dont have any images in the ftp folder only in public_html
Your global.css file for your theme uses an FTP URL for the background image.
