hey guys, i just deleted mybb_thread and posts (also mybb_users) 
so i could import a backup later (through merge).
But i realized i had closed the board in admin CP. And now i cannot signin in admin CP because i have no account as  there is no user's table.
I cannot register since the board is closed.
Please tell me any way i can unlock admin CP temporarily without a password or open board from FTP or phpmyadmin.

~/inc/settings.php file (edit using an editor like notepad++)
change $settings['boardclosed'] = "1"; to $settings['boardclosed'] = "0";
