Hi guys

Have just launched my new myBB forum and having an issue with the site thinking a lot of my genuine users trying to sign up are spam even though they are not.  I have been through and lowered the settings as much as possible… and it's still doing it.

Any ideas?

maybe this happened because you have deleted some code in member_register template. If you need to remove some checkboxes from register template just hidden them instead of deleteing the code. Try to revert the  member_register template.
Go to  Template Sets » Default Templates » Template: member_register Go to Options and click Revert to Original.
