Hi guys, 

My friend owned a Forum site he buy it and his the one who pay it montly and im his one of admin.. until now his not showed online to us we dont know what happen, and what to do when the expiration of the doman and server exceed.. I have and access to ACP and Database/FTP.. what should i will to do? i will back up the database via ACP is that okey? and if our forum gone we will buy a new domain and server and transfer the backup file that it?

You would need to make a database backup (that's basically all data such as threads, members, reputation etc..). Also I would export the theme to an xml file (which can later be imported in a new copy of mybb).
