ive tryed to install DVZ Shoutbox for 2 days now and it keeps saying its missing a file any ideas why ive checked all files and all seem to be there but nothing will install it im using latest version of mybb

or when i install the pluggin it makes all my pluggins dissapear so cant install any idea

You need to make sure you are using PHP 5.4 or higher. Some hosts you can change this in CPanel. If you don't see the option in CPanel, ask your webhost to upgrade your PHP version. If they won't, find a new host because 5.3 is at end of life.
