When sending a mass e-mail to all users, are the e-mail addresses of the users' shown in the e-mail? I mean if the user doesn't want to be recognized and (s)he has hidden the e-mail address in the forum, will the address show up in the mass e-mail address field?

Like a Multiple Recipient mail? No, they're sent out individually.

As tikitiki said it is not a group email like all emails in TO or with CC... it acts like an email for each person...
