What I always do:
Thread Subject: [theme/plugin's name] problem
Message: [theme/plugin] Link: http://community.mybb.com/example
What I've done:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor. Aenean massa.
It's much better than:
Thread Subject: [theme/plugin's name]
Message: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor. Aenean massa. because if there are more issues on that theme, are there going to be multiple threads with the theme/plugin's name?
I've a solution: Use xThread plugin
But I still strongly advise a system that can technically link to the theme/plugin and let the author to be notified. It should be easy, very easy for you guys since you guys are professional, able to produce a forum that shouldn't be in the free forums market. A forum that's much better than those selfish like IP.Board selling for high price yet worse as compared.
