Our index.php file is taking a long time to load and some people are getting server errors when trying to access the forum. Our host said to ask the MyBB team- "
You can contact your developer to findout which causing the more load in index.php file.". What could be causing this?

When I visited just now it seemed pretty quick.

Fixed. It was a plugin issue.

Do you know which one? This can be helpful for others.

If you don't enter a user ID or group in the miserable users plugin (link), it will apply the default settings to all guests and forum members causing the blank pages, slow load times, etc... I've fixed this by entering the banned user group ID.
