Hi

Since upgrading from MyBB 1.6.14 to 1.6.17, and to Automatic Subscriptions plugin 1.2 (from 1.0), our users are no longer getting email notifications, even if they have manually subscribed to a thread.  (It worked before the upgrade).

Any ideas for how to investigate and fix this please?

Please try the following mail test script: Help-Mail

If this test says it could not send the mail, or it said it sent but you did not receive any email, even in your spam/trash folder, then the issue lies with your host. If you receive the email from this test, we will investigate the issue further.
