I wonder if you can add a setting for when you are quoted? Would be also great if this can be sync'd with DVZ mentions as well.

Adding support for quoted or even mentions is fairly straightforward. I'm just not a fan of any of the mention plugins in their present state. When I get some time, I'll add support for quotes.
So this takes up a lot of resources ?
